SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via FedEx Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Express orders including 2nd Day and Overnight placed Monday – Friday after 12 PM PT will be processed following business day. Express orders placed Saturday – Sunday will be processed Monday. Orders are processed within 2 business days. Art of the Gentlewoman is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Overnight – $45.00

RETURNS / EXCHANGES PROCEDURE

Step 1: Attach your pre-paid return shipping label and attach it to your original box. Make sure to cover or remove any old shipping labels and seal your box completely.
Step 2: Drop your box off at any authorized FedEx shipping center. Please do not use a FedEx drop box. Find your nearest FedEx link here.
• All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact.
• Exchanges/Returns must be received within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation email when your exchanges/credits are processed.
• We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
• Returns will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase within 7 business days depending on your financial institution.
• No exchanges or returns will be accepted for swimwear and final sale merchandise. Final sale items are noted on their product page.

PAYMENT

We accept Stripe and PayPal® purchases made in $USD. We cannot accept checks, cash or money orders.

PRE-ORDER

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We are happy to make any necessary revisions or cancel an order for a full refund if necessary prior to shipment.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to California. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the US.
